CMM is also a professional structural damage consultant working directly with our client’s insurance company providing remediation for storm, water, wind and fire damage. Settling problems requiring raising, pinning, and stabilizing the structure are often involved. Spalling issues are also addressed.
CMM Roofing provides professional solutions to our customer’s commercial and residential roofing needs with a certified staff to install single membrane, metal, shingle and concrete roofing systems on both residential and commercial applications. CMM offers our clients an annual maintenance program, when possible, in lieu of removing and installing a new roofing system, thus allowing our clients the opportunity to set aside funds over a scheduled period of time to handle the expense of a new roof.
